Do you have a Warranty?
Yes! You will have complete replacement coverage for an entire year from when you receive the sunglasses! If your sunglasses break in any way (NOT from normal wear and tear like Scratches, Loose Hinges, or Getting Smashed, Etc.) and are no longer functional based on a design or structural flaw, we will replace them for a small replacement fee within the first year!
For replacement inquiries, please reach out to sales@kiauraeyewear.com for us to inspect the defect.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
Not at the moment. As an affordable option, you may take your KIAURA Frames into a LensCrafters, Costco, etc. and they are able to replace the lenses with your desired prescription.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship out our products everyday, so you can expect your package to arrive 2-3 days after you have completed your purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your order details and tracking number (usually within the first 24 hours of placing your order). For questions regarding shipping and order tracking, feel free to email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com.

My package has not arrived yet, is this normal?
First check to see if you ordered a Pre-Order Item. These items will have an estimated delivery date on the product page.
If your item is in stock and you have not received your package in over a week, please email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com and we will make sure you get taken care of.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a refund?
In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, we will 100% guarantee a return label and replacement of your item. Please email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com.

How do I return my order?
Yes, no problem, but first make sure you are still within our our 14-day return policy. This is 14-day policy starts the day you receive the package. If you are still within 14 days of receiving your products, please email:

We will get you your information to return the package for a full refund.
If you are outside of the 14-day return policy, we unfortunately cannot process your return with our 3rd party fulfillment center.

How does international shipping work?
We have negotiated discounted shipping rates with our shipping providers (UPS and DHL). Once the package has shipped, you will be responsible for Duties and Taxes receiving the package on your end. If you have any questions about international shipping, please email sales@kiauraeyewear.com.
International Return Shipping will also be covered by the customer.
