I was prepared to be disappointed and that I'd likely fallen for some influencer slop (especially as someone who lacks any social media). But I'm pleasantly surprised. The flimsy engineering feels durable rather than cheap, like they can get bent about without breaking. The lenses block light just as good as my raybans, but I can actually see through them better without straining my eyes. Most importantly, I think the shape is what make these look good on so many different face shapes. Typically you're choosing between round, square or oval sunglasses. But this more polygonal shape I think makes them adaptable to just about and face shape.
I love my glasses, but unfortunately the first time I wore them out to dinner on 8/14 (for our anniversary) I set my sunglasss on the hood of our car while I was paying for parking, they slid off and the right arm bent straight up so it was almost a 90 degree angle from the lenses. (My husband has since tried to fix them and bend them back, but now they no longer sit on my face correctky and are essentially unwearable as they sit crooked on my face.
I’d be curious to know if there is any kind of warranty because I’ve dripped a lot of glasses in my life (per sol, ray ban, etc.) and I’ve never see metal twist abd bend so easily with a single drop from a car hood to the parking lot. Do I have any options?
I wanted the xl version of these glasses and the website defaulted to the original size. I love the glasses in xl have other pairs… your return/exchange process is not efficient. I have a big mellon. Smith Lowdown XL fits me great. I thought the Kiaura Lautner XLs would fit me great too but they still weren’t wide enough. I’d put them in the medium size range and can only guess the original is for smaller, narrower faces.
They seemed to be made of quality materials and the styling is great but I will say they didn’t feel perfectly symmetrical either. I’d rather not have to fuss with bending them to try to get them to be more symmetrical right out of the box.
Still waiting on my refund. I bought the $20 protection for a damaged or lost pair. When I went to return it said this was non-refundable. Pretty lame way to charge people $20 for nothing if you’re supposed to have a no-hassle return policy. Ugh.
When received, these sunglasses sat crooked in my face. The arms of the glasses don’t sit flat on an even surface (see picture). I followed the “perfect fit” video and I still cannot get these sunglasses to sit flat on my face. The quality of the other two pairs of glasses that I have are great. This one not so much. 2 out of 3 ok - 1 meh
I would agree with other reviews that these typically would suit a women’s face more than a man’s. They look GREAT in Whisky. Love the quality and structural integrity of the frames and the polarized lenses. I have been searching for quality sunglasses that don’t feel like I will break or scratch them in an instant for such a long time and am super relieved my search is over!
The accent pieces came pre scratched right of out of the box… not very “designer”in my opinion. But with that aside I do like the style and feel of the glasses the fit seems to be a little small as well
It's hazy, hot and humid day in NYC but no worries when I am shielded from the glare by these fabulous frames from Kiaura. They not only look great they are constructed to last. Me? I love them!
I'm glad you contacted me. They sit crooked on my face (actually the black ones do too - just not as bad). I've tried bending them but they're too off kilter and won't stay. What do I need to do?

I bought these glasses for a wedding in Montana, and they were absolutely perfect. They fit amazingly right out of the box…comfortable enough to wear all day without needing any adjustments. I received so many compliments throughout the weekend, and several people asked where I got them. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they completed my outfit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would definitely recommend them!
This is me trying on one of the pairs I bought, sitting on my front patio... I love the look, the vision through them is crisp and clear, and I think this is a great bargain. I definitely recommend these sunglasses; my girlfriend loved the way they look on me, and I have gotten compliments from many people!
