USA Domestic Orders:
Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

I love my glasses, but unfortunately the first time I wore them out to dinner on 8/14 (for our anniversary) I set my sunglasss on the hood of our car while I was paying for parking, they slid off and the right arm bent straight up so it was almost a 90 degree angle from the lenses. (My husband has since tried to fix them and bend them back, but now they no longer sit on my face correctky and are essentially unwearable as they sit crooked on my face.
I’d be curious to know if there is any kind of warranty because I’ve dripped a lot of glasses in my life (per sol, ray ban, etc.) and I’ve never see metal twist abd bend so easily with a single drop from a car hood to the parking lot. Do I have any options?
Hands down the best looking sunglasses I’ve ever found. I was a skeptic TBH - but the fit, quality and bogo deal come together to make them worth the price and slowish shipping - sure they’re a tiktok brand among too many and sure the pricing of sunglasses is stupid-inflated by the industry, but these things are not all hype - they’re a genuinely well-designed and quality feeling brand.
PROS:
-gorgeous design - hip, contemporary, on the smaller side with a subtle “euro-masculine” feel without being deuchy, which is SO hard to find. The 3 little stars at the temples on the Fosters are a very nice subtle designer-looking feature. Plus the (warning nerd word) pantoscopic tilt - dudes, why can’t the rest of the mid priced brands figure out that this is the killer feature in sunglass design?
-step-above-typical materials and construction: thick, optically crisp aberration-free lenses, great subtle, effective polarization, perfect tint level. Nice “snap” when opening and closing the temples. Acetate frames give a little heft and classiness.
-nicely packaged without giving feeling you spent your money on fancy presentation rather than good shades.
CONS:
-Shipping anxiety! I know inventory management is hell on a start-up that is ordering inventory from overseas mfg’s but you’re marketing these things like crazy and doing the “limited stock” hype, and you should NEVER sell a product as “in-stock” when it’s not. Customers should never have to feel the onus to make sure they’re not being scammed. It only barely worked out in my case to get these in only a couple weeks.
-the metal detailing is a tiny bit cheap looking in spots, at least if you look at it close up. Not terrible but just has that chromed plastic look in places.
-the spring hinges have a squeak to them that doesn’t exactly give hand-inspected QC.
-Tip for y’all: next time you build a brand, don’t go with a name like KIAURA - it disappears into the sea of made-up Chinese brand names on A****n.
Overall, these things are LEGIT. Here’s hoping they don’t sell the brand to the wrong conglomerate.
I bought the Foster and Lautner in the wrong size but Bernadette at Kiaura was fantastic in sorting out the exchange. Both frames (in the right size!) are excellent, love the style and the quality of the construction.

I rated Kiaura 3 stars out of 5 because they don't give you enough time after buying their products and then waiting a considerable amount of time to get them to properly rate them. When this happens, and it happens often, I don't go back and buy more of the same product.
Bought these as a part of a buy one and get one free offer. They did not come in with other pair originally. I contacted Kiaura and they took care of the oversight (by me) immediately. I love the product and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pair of sunglasses from a reputable company.
