1. If you break your sunglasses or experience a defect within 14 days of purchase, we will replace your sunglasses with our no questions asked replacement policy. Your replacement limit is one pair per purchase.
2. If you are not satisfied with your KIAURA Eyewear product, please feel free to ship it back to us for a full refund.
Normal Operation Period:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Your 30 days start once your package has been arrived to you. If 30 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately, we cannot process you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to arrive back into your account due to the processing time for receiving your package and your bank to process the transaction.
If you would like to exchange for another size or style, you have 30 days once your item arrives. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. My package says delivered but cannot be found:
First, we recommend you check with a neighbor. Most often times, the postal service will make a mistake and place it at the wrong address.
Second, please reach out to the shipping service used (based on your tracking number) and ask if they are able to locate your package.

International Customer Shipping and Returns:
If you live outside of the United States and would like to process a return, you will need to pay for your own return shipping. We do not cover international return shipment costs.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com so we can process it into our system and know that the item is on its way back to us.
International Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do not receive your item due to a lost package and need a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we have received your returned item without a tracking number.
