How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship daily, Monday through Friday. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our facility—typically within 24 hours of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to view delivery updates. If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com.
My tracking says ‘Delivered,’ but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
First, double-check with neighbors, building staff, or your front desk—couriers occasionally deliver to nearby units.
Next, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request GPS confirmation or status clarification.
If your package is still missing after 7 full days, contact us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com. We’ll ensure you’re taken care of.
Note: KIAURA is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. However, we’ll always assist in filing claims and helping you get a resolution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event your eyewear is damaged during transit, we’ll promptly send you a prepaid return label and a replacement at no cost. Please email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at sales@kiauraeyewear.com. We can usually correct it if the order hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages, and we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
For high-value orders or limited editions, KIAURA may require signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice for rescheduling or pickup.
