Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

Some of the best glasses I’ve owned. I’ve bought four pair for my wife and I. The Eichler XL are very large and actually fit my head. I wish they had measurements for all of the glasses but after buy others and returning them, I’ve landed on these as the best fit for myself. The Havana color is great, but I wish the lenses were a little more reflective. The blue ones are probably my favorite because the lenses are very dark. Awesome glasses so far, I’ve had them for several months and my sons (2 and 5) haven’t been able to scratch them yet so that’s saying something. Would/will be buying more of these in the future.
I recently purchased the Kiaura Eichler sunglasses in black crystal, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Initially, I tried the XL size, but they were too large for me. Fortunately, Kiaura made the exchange process seamless and incredibly quick, with plenty of communication throughout. The quality of these sunglasses truly stands out—much better than my previous Ray-Bans. The lenses are crystal clear, and the frames feel exceptionally sturdy yet lightweight. The clear color makes horrible reflections that are distracting and can be dangerous while driving.
Finally sunglasses that actually fit me. I will upload a picture later. Not only are these the perfect fit without sharing the details I will have to say that their customer service is easily top notch! I was treated great throughout the process. Couldn't ask for any better!

My next sunnys will certainly be Kiaura! They’re solid, perform well, and people do in fact comment on them regularly. Their customer service was elite when I received a pair that wasn’t going to work out. Cannot thank them enough!

After owning name brand sunglasses these are by far the best I’ve owned. Especially with kids these are great as they are indestructible.

They were not folded like the ones in the video for adjustment, nor did they come with the box or the cloth to clean what the video said. I thought I saw them from a friend who bought them and recommended them to me, but I think the quality went down. They put 2 in a box and the presentation was poor.

Best purchase ever, love my new sun glasses. I can drive safely in Texas during sunset. Only a Texsan with great pair of sunglasses can understand what I’m talking about. 🕶️🕶️

I think they look great...and appear to be well made. However my one beef is functionality. The clear-ish frames really don't help with the goal of actually shielding one's eyes from the sun. In fact, the glow from them actually make it worse. That coupled with the relatively light tint of the lenses really make these more decorative than anything else. So unfortunately I won't be able to stop wearing my old Ray Ban's anytime soon...:(
Usually I don’t like to buy sunglasses on line. I feel the need to try them on. However, these fit perfect and great quality. Happy customer !!!!
