Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

If an accident occurs and you break your sunglasses within the first 30 days, send our team an email and we will send you a new pair!
We can only replace up to one pair and normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is not included.

Love the Kauffmans. They’ve becoming my go to, have them in whiskey & black crystal. The support team is great as well.
The coating used on this model have a reflection on the inside of the lenses that make it brighter not less bright. The others I have are great. This model I cant wear due to the coating and reflection.
4th pair I’ve ordered in the last month and Kiaura is my new go-to for sunglasses. They’re stylish and make me look like I was just hanging out with the old actor Steve McQueen. Very cool!!

Still having the same issue of sun and brightness coming in from the inside of the lenses. Its the coating. Please put them on and go outside. And compare to your others

I was supposed to get a gift card for my son - then it was BOGO. Got the glasses but no gift card … hmmm
