Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

Once we receive and inspect the sunglasses to confirm they're in original condition, we’ll issue your store credit—no return shipping cost to you.

If an accident occurs and you break your sunglasses within the first 30 days, send our team an email and we will send you a new pair!
We can only replace up to one pair and normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is not included.

Great quality
I have now bought 6 pairs of your glasses...mostly the Kaufman style: in clear, in blue, and 3 pairs in whiskey for gifts. Everyone loves them! Will order Havana next time!

I love Kiaura sunglasses. I have 3 pairs and I’ve given 3 pairs as gifts. The quality is great and they look great, too!!

Glasses are fine midrange glasses. I bought two pair during a Buy One Get One special, but they wouldn’t be worth it for the full price.
The sunglasses looked and felt great but they only held up for 4 months before the frame decided to crack at the front. I live in Arizona and had ordered these while I was out of town. The summer possibly took a toll on them as I had another set of Kiaura frames that lasted over a year before cracking, similar to the way this model cracked at the nose meeting portion. Heat is a no go for these glasses.
