Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.

I tried several times to contact Kiaura Eyewear regarding an exchange, but after more than a week, I still have not received any response. I’m extremely disappointed by the complete lack of follow-up and customer support for what should be a simple return process. The absence of communication is also becoming concerning, especially with the 30-day return period approaching and no indication of what will happen next.
Like these a lot. Only thing that would make them better is a little bit of rubber on the nose pad to stop slippage.
I been complimented by at least five different people on these glasses. In the past I've owned Ray Bands, and Maui Jim's and never once did I receive a compliment. They are also very comfortable, and scratch resistant.
These fit my oval shaped face beautifully. Got the Havanas and the Whiskey colors and they worked out great with my features. Very responsive and helpful customer service team as well.

Love the look of these shades. Very sleek and unique style. My only issue is they’re slightly too small and slide down pretty easily off the bridge of my nose. And I wouldn’t say I’d prefer the XL, I tried those and they’re too big for my face… but these might just need a little adjusting to sit more firmly.

This is my second time buying from Kiaura and I can definitely say these sunglasses are worth the price. The company is amazing. The sunglasses look stylish and very durable. Crazy story.. you can tell that a company takes customer service seriously when even Parker, literally the founder of the company is on the phone helping me out because I messed up my address. I’ll probably keep buying until I have all of them 🤷🏻♂️ so if you are asking yourself if you should. You definitely should.

I have several high-end sunglasses. I got the Kaufman and they are now my favorite. I like most how durable they feel. A bit heavy and thick which means I won't break them as easily as some of my others have. On a trip to Florida I received many compliments.

Took 2 weeks to ship to the United Kingdom and arrived bang on time and as expected. Best quality sunglasses I’ve ever purchased!! In the UK we mostly wear RayBan but I fancied a random change and put my trust in an American brand who did not disappoint!! I’m really ordering today.

You talk about the high quality and construction but the right temple is loose and not secure
By shipping items ordered before you ask for a review. It has been 2 weeks and still has not shipped but you keep sending emails to review your non existent product

I placed the order April 7, obviously your site states 4-7 days for delivery. The order didn’t show after the 7 days, not after two weeks, not even after a month. I attempted to contact customer service to inquire about the order via email, no response, then a weeks later I reached out again, same no response. As I was now incredibly frustrated , I searched the web and found someone in Cali, I called and text twice, the number was then disconnected. Finally, I had resigned that I had been taken and I was pissed. I called my credit card and requested the charges to challenged and the card company understood as it had been a just over a month since my order was placed. I then received the order, mind blowing, five weeks after my original order was placed. Don’t get me wrong, love the glasses, the fact that I had to go through the frustration that I had, inexcusable. As I would normally tell all my friends how great the glasses are, in this instance, I can’t in clear conscience piss my friends off with the same experience I have had. Thank you for your time. Gene
