Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

We can only replace up to one pair and normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is not included.

Highly recommend
I own many pairs of sunglasses from a number of fine brands. Kiaura is a solid favorite and the Ando, which I own in 2 colors, are simply fantastic. Pictures, still or moving don't do the color justice . Folks I know and some just passing by have noticed, paid attention and complimented their appearance. They are built solid too. I love my Ando sunglasses from Kiaura.
Best sunglasses on the market, I’ll never buy another brand
I love my new Ando sunglasses. Picked them up in Havana, XL. Frames have a good weight to them, and they fit well on the face and nose. Feel like a true XL fit on frame width and length from temple to ear. Most glasses I wear are too skinny on the face and the frames flare out. These don't. Highly recommend!

I'm thrilled with the purchase of two pairs of Ando. I purchased the whiskey color that goes well with all my khaki and the black are also very solid color match. The service and shipping was great. So hip and handsome. Glad to have these. Looking forward to receiving my XLs soon, as the regular Andos feel just a touch small. I love the spring-loaded hinges on the arms of the sunglasses. Great design.

I gotta admit it, the ad's your company ran on Instagram grabbed my attention. I coincidentally sat on my last pair of sunglasses and broke them. So, when I saw your ad's, I thought I would take a chance and take advantage of the BOGO program. The day I took receipt of my new shades I wore them to on a walk around the block with my pup. While waiting to get a green light at a corner, two folks looked at me and said, "hey love the glasses....where did you get them?" I shared my story and they both said as soon as they get home they're on the computer and will order some!!! I am sold.....thank you!
So far so good, design is great glasses are nice, only thing you can add to the box is a wiping cloth.

You guys are frauds. You sent me a busted pair of glasses and won’t take them back. I’ll find a way to exploit you for who you are.
They don’t show proportions or specs-the sunglasses I bought were way too small and I bought XL-buyer beware!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the order process!!! When I ordered the glasses there was no mention that they were back ordered and not available. I paid for express shipping and waited and waited for my order to show. After many days, I reached out to find the status of my order and only then did I find out they were not available. So Kiaura not only let me ask for expedited shipping, they also took my order money even though the product was not even available. When I finally received the order after weeks, I reached out to ask for a refund of the expedited shipping fee. The response from Bernadette at Kiaura sales support (and I bet Bernadette is an AI Bot) was when they finally got the glasses in stocks after weeks they shipped them express, so no refund. They should have made me aware that the glasses were not available when I placed my order, should not have taken my money until the glasses were available and should have not charged for 3 day shipping to deliver them in 3 weeks. Don't fall for this like I did. A very dissatisfied customer.

It took over six weeks to get it was terrible and I’m not pleased with how they look
Nice glasses delivered in a timely manner. Quality seems worth the price.

I am fairly disappointed with these glasses as they arrived damaged and are crooked. The left side ear is almost 1/2 inch off and causes the glasses to sit improperly. Are you able to provide a return/replacement pair?
