EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and support, ensuring a smooth process for any eligible returns or cancellations. Your satisfaction is our priority! Please read through the policies below before processing your exchange or return.

Exchanges (USA Orders):
You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your sunglasses. Your item must be received at our warehouse by Day 30. We verify this using the return tracking number.
To qualify for an exchange:

Item must be in original condition, with no signs of wear and tear (e.g. scratches, bent frames, damaged or missing packaging).

Original packaging must be included.

For broken or defective sunglasses, please attach photos in your email.
Your first exchange will be free on us, but your subsequent exchanges will each have a $25 processing and handling fee.
For any missing or damaged items, please reach out within 72 hours of discovery so we can process an exchange for you.
Returns (USA Orders): Full Priced Items
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must arrive at our warehouse within this window—shipping by Day 30 is not enough.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging.

Signs of wear and tear will void eligibility.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days after your return is processed, depending on your bank.
BOGO Orders Returns Policy – 100% Store Credit
Orders placed through our Buy One, Get One promotions are eligible for 100% store credit when returned. Due to the nature of this exclusive offer, full refunds are not available.

Use the Loop Returns link at the top of this page and enter your order details. -
Send Your Item Back – On Us
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the sunglasses back at no cost to you. -
Inspection & Store Credit Issued
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the sunglasses to ensure they’re in original condition (unused and undamaged). After approval, we’ll issue 100% of your original order value in store credit—redeemable anytime on future purchases. -
Shop Again, With Credit in Hand
Your store credit can be used just like cash on our website. With new styles dropping regularly, there’s always something fresh to explore.

International Orders: Please use sales@kiauraeyewear.com to process your exchange.
- Exchanges: You may exchange your item by shipping it to our U.S. warehouse at your own cost.
- Returns: We do not accept international returns or refunds due to shipping/customs. All sales are final.
- Shipping Fees: International shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of lost packages.
If you're returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Try Before You Buy Returns:
Choose up to 4 pairs of sunglasses to try at home for 7 days for free. Trial starts upon delivery. Use this trial period to test the fit and style. Keep what you love—and return the rest using the prepaid label provided (U.S. only). You’ll only be charged for the sunglasses you keep.
Please note that the return label needs to be scanned into the shipping carrier's system within the 7-Day window to not be charged. All returned items must arrive in original condition and packaging.
