Do you have a Warranty?
Yes! KIAURA Lifetime Warranty — Manufacturing Defects Only
We guarantee the materials and craftsmanship of every pair of KIAURA sunglasses for life. If a manufacturing defect appears at any time, we will repair or replace your sunglasses once, free of charge.
What’s covered
- Faults in materials (e.g., lens delamination, hinge failure, frame cracking that is not impact-related)
- Defects in manufacturing or assembly
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, crushing, exposure to extreme heat, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, lens coating wear, or gradual frame fading
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to claim
- Email our support team within 14 days of noticing the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase from KIAURA’s online store or an authorized retailer.
- Include clear photos showing the defect.
Once verified, we’ll issue one replacement pair or perform a repair at our discretion. Replacements ship ground within the U.S.; international customers pay return-shipping costs.
KIAURA reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect and to deny claims that fall outside this policy.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team (sales@kiauraeyewear.com) with your proof of purchase, photos of your defect, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to validate warranty claims, and the decision on whether to repair or replace the item will be at our sole discretion.

The VIP Boose Warranty Includes:
1. Unlimited Breaks: If you Break them, Step on them, Sit on them, Blow them up, or Run them over with a truck we will guarantee them for life. Just send us photos!
2. Lost Sunglasses: You can make a mistake once, but you can't make it twice! This warranty will include ONE lost pair of replacement sunglasses protection. So if you lose your sunglasses once, we will replace them for you at no charge!
For replacement inquiries, please reach out to sales@kiauraeyewear.com for us to inspect the defect.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Yes! Please use our partner program HERE to get your custom prescription lenses!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship out our products everyday, so you can expect your package to arrive 2-3 days after you have completed your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your order details and tracking number (usually within the first 24 hours of placing your order). For questions regarding shipping and order tracking, feel free to email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com.
My package has not arrived yet, is this normal?
Please first check with your neighbors, often times delivery people make that mistake.
Second, reach out to the shipping service used from your tracking number to see if there are any delays.
Lastly, if you still have no luck and you have not received your package in over a week, please email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com and we will make sure you get taken care of.
My order arrived damaged, can I get a refund?
In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, we will 100% guarantee a return label and replacement of your item. Please email us at sales@kiauraeyewear.com.
Can I return my order?
Yes, no problem, but first make sure you are still within our our 30-day return policy. This is 30-day policy starts the day you receive the package. If you are still within 30 days of receiving your products, please email:
sales@kiauraeyewear.com
We will send you a return label to return the package for a full refund.
If you are outside of the 30-day return policy, we unfortunately cannot process your return with our 3rd party fulfillment center.
How does international shipping work?
We have negotiated discounted shipping rates with our shipping providers (UPS and DHL). Once the package has shipped, you will be responsible for Duties and Taxes receiving the package on your end. If you have any questions about international shipping, please email sales@kiauraeyewear.com.
International Return Shipping will also be covered by the customer.
