Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

Love them! I’ve tried about every brand of sunglasses out there. $30-$300+, these are the best, and the price is right!
I would agree with other reviews that these typically would suit a women’s face more than a man’s. They look GREAT in Whisky. Love the quality and structural integrity of the frames and the polarized lenses. I have been searching for quality sunglasses that don’t feel like I will break or scratch them in an instant for such a long time and am super relieved my search is over!
It's hazy, hot and humid day in NYC but no worries when I am shielded from the glare by these fabulous frames from Kiaura. They not only look great they are constructed to last. Me? I love them!
Love the Eichler and the XL Lautner. I just wish that the Havana had a little more tortoise going on. You know?

Some of the best glasses I’ve owned. I’ve bought four pair for my wife and I. The Eichler XL are very large and actually fit my head. I wish they had measurements for all of the glasses but after buy others and returning them, I’ve landed on these as the best fit for myself. The Havana color is great, but I wish the lenses were a little more reflective. The blue ones are probably my favorite because the lenses are very dark. Awesome glasses so far, I’ve had them for several months and my sons (2 and 5) haven’t been able to scratch them yet so that’s saying something. Would/will be buying more of these in the future.

I've had my kiaura whiskey eichler sunglasses for a few months and they have delivered on everything they promised. Durable, adjustable and golden hour all day!
Quality frames. Seem very durable. Comfortable fit. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the Lautners and Eichlers. I ordered the XL on the Lautner, but they are too large. I should’ve gone with a large. Again, very satisfied with the purchase.
Easy service good quality. Was hesitant to buy from a social media advert from a brand I had not heard of but happy I did. Looks like I’ll have to buy some more as my daughter now wants some too!!
Like them so far, will see how the scratch resistance and wear and tear hold up.

I recently had to do an exchange for a gift pair that I had purchased right as the Neutra’s were announced and about to be released and customer service reserved a pair for me and sent them straight away on the very same day they hit the website. I now have a pair to match every outfit and vibe. I just ordered 2 more pair today on a flash BOGO sale to round out my collection and finally got me some Negroni Neutra’s to get ready for spring-summer. I HIGHLY recommend Kiaura not only for their customer service, but for the quality. I think these suckers can get run over by a dump truck and still not break, scratch, or lose their shape. These glasses are 100000% worth the investment — these will keep you looking FINE AF for life! Next step for me is to get prescription lenses in these GORGEOUS frames to keep the compliments coming no matter the time of day or occasion. Love the product, love the team, and you’ve got a customer for life with me! ❤️
