Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

We can only replace up to one pair and normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is not included.

I've had my kiaura whiskey eichler sunglasses for a few months and they have delivered on everything they promised. Durable, adjustable and golden hour all day!
Quality frames. Seem very durable. Comfortable fit. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the Lautners and Eichlers. I ordered the XL on the Lautner, but they are too large. I should’ve gone with a large. Again, very satisfied with the purchase.
Easy service good quality. Was hesitant to buy from a social media advert from a brand I had not heard of but happy I did. Looks like I’ll have to buy some more as my daughter now wants some too!!

By far the best Sunglasses I have ever had and bought. The style, the engineering and the fact that there is an XL version, and the value is unbelievable. I’m going to order the Eichlers as Perscription glasses too. Could not be happier. highly recommend these sunglasses as an alternative to expensive high end brands that break and are a liability more than an asset. Kiaura Sunglasses are an asset!

Love these glasses pretty sturdy the hinges on the glasses are stronger than Ray-Bans easily the color Whiskey 🥃 is awesome love these classes color is just right too if they had like a bigger glass than these I’d get them as well I like big wide glasses XL glasses that’s the style now no one where’s little lenses anymore everyone wants the XL glasses 🤓 easily or larger of course everyone in sports now lacrosse wants huge glasses as well as soccer and lounge passes

Got them for my dad for Father’s Day, he loves them and they look sick as heck!
took these bad boys to see t swizzie and felt so cash money, the color and clarity are sick as heck and they make me feel like I should be racing in monaco
If quality is what you are looking for, go no further. This Quality is up there with Persol and Tom Ford. The material is so smooth and rich for a lack of a better word, The polarized lenses take me back for when Oakley made quality lenses manufactured in the US. The styling is spot on when described as vintage. All these qualities are 5+. However, for my face the arm articulation around the ear needs work. I have a huge dome, refer to my image. If there is perspiration of any kind the glasses start falling off my face. I have a pair of Ray Ban RX7047 in which the articulation around the ear is perfect. I can be relaxing or exercising, and they never fall off, therefore the rating from a 5+ for me falls to an OK 3 rating. Glasses have to be the entire package. I was so hopeful; however, I'm going to keep them. They are great driving glasses. The big winner is the quality and styling. Hope this is helpful to other consumers. I'll keep an eye out for new styles that may suit my face.

I’ve had them for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with them. Glad I bought them. Clean, almost retro feel and very well built. I dropped mine the first day and I don’t see any scratches. I’m impressed, and super satisfied. Eichler in Whiskey for the win.
