Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping fees to our US warehouse and we will cover the cost of replacing the new pair.

We can only replace up to one pair and normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is not included.

The best!!
Love my Kiaura whiskey sunglasses. I switched out of my Ray ban’s for these. I just flew in today to visit my daughter in Carlsbad Ca and when sat down for coffee I put these on and now wants a pair! 👍😎

This is my second pair of these glasses, and honestly they’ve held up great. I’ve tossed them around, barely used the case, and after a couple years they only have a few tiny scratches on the lenses. I still get compliments on them all the time. The only downside: quality control. Both times I’ve ordered years apart my glasses have arrived dirty, like they’d been returned and sent right back out. It feels like a simple thing to clean them before shipping, and I’m not sure why that’s being overlooked.

The frame was bent, the arms weren't straight and they were very loose and to top it all off the anti glare film was that bad you could hardly see through them. So considering you kept pestering me for a review, well, there it is. They were garbage. I got scammed and wasted money on what was advertised to be a quality pair of sunglasses. I'd post this same reply on all your review sections but you would only delete them anyway, so thanks for nothing.
Easily the best sunglasses I’ve ever had. They look supremely cool with a retro flare nobody else is really doing well. Additionally, you can tell they’re quality and durable. I’ve never worried about them breaking and I’ve dropped them and dat on them a couple of times. Unfortunately lost my Kaufmans so will have to get another pair. The Havana color looks awesome with the lens color pairing.

Love that astetically they look the same as the pair I bought when Kiaura first launched, but I can see that the hinges have been upgraded, and the frames appear more flexible. Thanks, I will continue to support the brand and am looking for another pair soon. John Ward
They really are a cute pair and the flexibility of the design is nice. However, they slide down a lot (and far down the nose) and with the thickness of the frame, it always blocks my vision.
I like the Kaufman the best; I got a pair with the Lautner. I like them both but the Kaufman seem a little bit wider and fit my face better. They are both very high quality and the lenses are perfect.
The best pair of sunglasses that a person could own. They are undeniably stylish, very comfortable, and extremely durable. Their owner and customer service team goes above and beyond to make sure things are made right. Couldn’t be more happy with this brand.
