Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.

We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.

I get compliments daily when wearing these glasses.
When received, these sunglasses sat crooked in my face. The arms of the glasses don’t sit flat on an even surface (see picture). I followed the “perfect fit” video and I still cannot get these sunglasses to sit flat on my face. The quality of the other two pairs of glasses that I have are great. This one not so much. 2 out of 3 ok - 1 meh

They don't fit well. I have emailed customer support twice now with no response. I am trying to execute an exchange of two pairs from the BOGO and your site cannot process them.
I’m an older gentleman, and I walk every day in the mountains of Az. These glasses are perfect. Comfortable and stylish, they seem very well made. Thank you for making such a fine product.
I did not like the appearance of them and when I tried to return them right away, no refund to my credit card was offered. Only a in store credit which I don’t want to use. If I don’t like the way your products look on me, why would I want an in store credit???? That was hard earned money and I want MY money back. Please and thank you. Otherwise I can’t recommend

These are my fav sunglasses I’ve ever owned. The color is so fun and look great with so many outfits dressy to casual. I’m use to Warby Parker glasses being way too small for my head so I was debating between the regular and XL. The regular fit great though with plenty of coverage. They feel sturdy and I don’t feel nervous I’m going to break them which leads to me wearing them a lot more often. I got the Eichler too, but havnt had a chance to wear them cause I’ve been obsessed with the Lautner (in whiskey)

For the price, I’d expect them to fit better. They are too big on my head (as in the slide off my nose, won’t sit tight on my hat when I put them up, etc). I’ve got a pair of $35 Amazon shades that fit better. I was really looking forward to these being my go to.
I've had the Lautners in Whiskey for a long time, get them as gifts for buddies whenever they compliment them. Got a pair of the Havanna's - the color is also perfect, but then I got too drunk at a Noah Kahan concert and lost them the first time I wore them out! These are the best sunglasses out there, just don't lose them

unfortunately the the frames temple runs site at different heights on the temple tip, so it sits lower n one side of your face than the other. im sure i just got a bad pair maybe, but I asked for a replacement, no response.

The glasses are well made and sturdy, however, they’re very wide-set and fall off my face when I lean over. They also slide down my face when I’m walking. It’s incredibly annoying. My partner has a much larger head than I do has the same issue, so I’m not sure whose head these would fit.

Beautiful well made glasses. The regular size does run a bit small, but they still fit nicely on my face. I also have an XL and I prefer the regular because of the fit. These glasses are tough! I have a two year old that manhandles them and zero scratches….just wipe away the smudges and good to go!
