Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within that 30-day window—shipping or drop-off dates alone do not qualify.
Exchanges: Not in love with your pair? We’re happy to exchange them to help you find the perfect fit.
Your first Exchange will be free, on us. But after your first exchange, there will be a $25 Processing & Handling Fee.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders.

Loved them so much i’ll be getting another pair, sturdy yet light weight, and the lens are so clear to see out of and the polarization is so phenomenal! So great!!
Bought these for my wife for Mother's Day. She loves them, and my teenage son and daughter thought they looked great. I'm not accustomed to buying something like this and being successful, but apparently they all loved what I bought!
Customer service was first class, so good, in fact, it would be enough to make me a return customer. The product itself is also next level, I have the Eichler XL in black crystal and Laughtner XL in whiskey. The glasses are high quality and look so stylish. I cannot recommend this company enough.

The accent pieces came pre scratched right of out of the box… not very “designer”in my opinion. But with that aside I do like the style and feel of the glasses the fit seems to be a little small as well

I'm glad you contacted me. They sit crooked on my face (actually the black ones do too - just not as bad). I've tried bending them but they're too off kilter and won't stay. What do I need to do?

I received so many compliments throughout the weekend, and several people asked where I got them. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they completed my outfit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would definitely recommend them!

This is me trying on one of the pairs I bought, sitting on my front patio... I love the look, the vision through them is crisp and clear, and I think this is a great bargain. I definitely recommend these sunglasses; my girlfriend loved the way they look on me, and I have gotten compliments from many people!

I actually prefer the Whiskey ones to Havana (which I wasn’t expecting) I would’ve given 5 stars however the hinges wobble when you’re holding the glasses when the arms are open and you’re holding them like you would to put them on. This has been my experience straight out the box. If it gets worse I would drop the rating down. Other than that they look great and it’s good to have a smaller style!
Love the new glasses. Was on the fence between the L and XL, went with the L and they seem to be fine. Good quality materials and they wear very comfortably. Shipping was quick. Will definitely consider this brand for next purchase of sunglasses.

I wear contact lenses rarely but when I do these sunnies excel for me. Winter sunlight here in Australia is harsh and these polarised optics do the trick. They seem very robust too. I might go up a size next time as my head doesn’t appear to be getting any smaller with age!

These fit nicely for both of us. The XL really is a lot wider than the regular size which worked for my husband. Nice brown lens. Takes some getting used to, if you’ve never worn a dark lens. We got the XL in Mocha for him and the regular Whiskey for me.

I’ve probably bought more than 30 pairs of sunglasses and I’ve never liked the way any of them looked on my face. This is the only pair of sunglasses that I have loved. Great quality, very comfy, and I love that warm, golden shade that the lenses provide.
